PT Synergy Jayatama
Heat Resistant Plate refers to steel with the ability to withstand scaling temperatures above 500 ° C. The main attribute of this steel is the oxidized coating created during the development process when the steel is exposed to soft and strong oxidizing conditions at high temperatures. This Heat Resistant Plate is adherent and a strong oxide layer provides heat resistance to the material. Heat Resistant Plate is able to sustain the process when exposed, either continuously or erratically, to operating temperatures resulting in metal temperatures in excess of 650oC. The heat resistance of steel depends on its chromium, silicon and aluminum content. Type: DIN 17175 HII (A515), SA387 Gr.22 CL2.
Heat Resistant Plate
Heat Resistant Plate is generally used in applications where resistance to temperature increases is critical. Heat Resistant Plate offers resistance to large temperature variations. Industrial applications include furnaces, heat exchanges and incinerators where temperatures can reach more than 1100 ° C.
